Shipping Policy
Here at Toucan, we want to provide the best experience to expand your smart home. With our products and services, we aim to create an easy-to-use and convenient experience — including a simple and transparent shipping policy.
We will process your order/s within 2 business days (we are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays) of receiving your order/s. If you do not receive an email from us or a tracking number within this time, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
If your package is lost, please contact us immediately. We will open a case with the carrier to investigate the issue.
If your product arrives broken, send us a photo so we can verify the damage. Once confirmed, we’ll send a replacement. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for replacement processing.
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States via USPS. We also ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands); however, please note that free shipping does not apply, and shipping times to these locations will vary due to distance and carrier limitations. Additional customs fees, duties, or taxes associated with shipping the product may also apply.
