The Toucan S4 Cameras work great. I brought the 2 pack. They are very clear and precise. I like the size and they can be moved around in different areas and easy for recharging. I love that there are no monthly fees for 24-hour videos.

cams are ok, but.
cant shut them off, only sleep.no subscription is good when it takes 8 days for tech to respond to e-mail request, why even bother

We bought our first bundle, and were so pleased we thought we'd replace one of our other Toucan cameras with another bundle. We were having issues with the camera recording. It took multiple emails and voicemails to get a response from customer service which we werent pleased about. The product itself gets 5 stars, customer service 2 stars.

I used the toucan cameras when my husband had strokes. And I needed to keep an eye on him. Especially when I wasn't at home. Having the cameras gave me peace of mind, and I could communicate with home through the cameras so it was a lifesaver.

This 2nd purchase of cameras is for my brother who has numerous medical issues. I am setting up the cameras to help us keep an eye on him and his caregivers. So once again the toucan cameras are a lifesaver for our family.

Cameras work as advertised I use them and enjoy them.
Initially purchased an older model (a few years ago) because there was a bear coming onto the porch and wanted realtime video notification.
Neither that camera nor this newer version alert or record a black cat movement close and inside the motion range- maybe it's tuned for people? The cameras only captures 20-30 seconds of movement then stops with a delay and begins recording again. Images are clear but not clear enough to read la icense plate unless the camera is imbedded right in front of car.
Customer support was good on my first purchase. I accidentally ended up on the help website for England, they transfered my to the correct place to get assistance. I did attempt to get a question answered recently, with no response.it was probably an unanswerable question anyway.

This is my second purchase of Toucan wireless cameras and I’m still pleased. They are easy to set up and mount. These cameras work great and have good picture even at night.

I was very impressed with you. Called me of the new cameras. I have some old ones that used to be mounted with a magnetic mount. These are a lot more complicated to get down to recharge I believe. But I do like them very much.

This is my third Toucan purchase. I have the doorbell, love it. I have purchased the rechargeable cameras previously, one of which failed (shortly after one year warranty) which is why I purchased this most recent camera set. I like the cameras, decent night vision and some other nice features. I hope this next set lasts a bit longer.

We ordered two cameras so my in-laws can keep an eye on their house while they escape winter. One camera recently helped to monitor a love one while away. The two way communication was a blessing when my father-in-law could’t hear the cell phone. He could definitely hear and respond via the toucan camera.

This camera was purchased for a Volunteer Fire Department. It works great for security for a station that isn't manned 24/7. The solar panel keeps it at a constant charge. I would 10/10 recommend.

User-friendly, easy to install. Very clear picture and sound. I was happy with my previous Toucan wireless cam as well, but this plug-in version had a long electric cord, so I'm pleased I no longer have to keep removing and recharging the cam. I've also ordered a couple of the indoor cams, which I haven't set up yet. So far, I've been pleased with Toucan products and will probably invest in more.
