At Toucan, we’re here to make your smart home security experience simple, from purchase to delivery. Our goal is to provide a smooth, reliable, and transparent shipping experience for every order.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

If you do not receive a confirmation or tracking number within this timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you right away.


Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship across the 48 contiguous United States using trusted carriers such as USPS.

We also ship to:

  • Hawaii
  • Alaska
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)

Please note:

    • Free shipping does not apply to these locations
    • Delivery times may vary depending on distance and carrier availability
    • Additional customs fees, duties, or taxes may apply

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you can track your package using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If you have trouble tracking your order, our support team is happy to help.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

If your item arrives damaged, simply send us a photo so we can verify the issue. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement.

Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for replacement processing and delivery.
